How-to edit metadata

In order to insert the DOI into the metadata of the object, please proceed as follows:

1. Log into Phaidra.

2. Call up the relevant object using a search query.

3. In the right menu bar under "Functions in Phaidra" select the menu item "Metadata Editor".

4. On the first tab "General" at the bottom, activate the editor for the "Identifiers" field by clicking on the arrow symbol.

5. Under "Source" select "DOI" in the drop-down menu.

6. Enter the DOI under "Identifier".

7. "Save metadata in the object".
